User logged out after redirect back from 3DS Payment

Problem/Motivation

After completing a payment the user is not coming back to /checkout/order/complete.

Good day everyone.
The payment process works correctly but, once the payment is completed, the user is logged out and there is no transition from cart to order. I have been reviewing the order workflow and seems correct.
