Module does not appear to be compatible with D10
Install Drupal 9 and Layout Styles module.
Enable Layout Styles module and Upgrade Status.
Go to Admin > Reports > Upgrade Status
Scan the Layout Styles module.
Look at the Local scan result.: web/modules/composer/layout_styles/layout_styles.info.yml Value of core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 is not compatible with the next major version of Drupal core. See https://drupal.org/node/3070687.
Add " || ^10" to the core_version_requirement

I see this is covered in a more general issue https://www.drupal.org/project/layout_styles/issues/3297508#comment-1546... 📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Fixed However, that issue is with 8.1 version so I'm attaching a new patch in case the 3.0 release happens too far in the future.
