In the MediaEmbed filter plugin, in case of an embedded media, which does not exist any more i.e. got deleted, there's currently an error logged. Logging an error instead of a warning there will breaks cron runs in a scenario in which for example search api is rendering entities containing fields with such non existing media during indexing.

Instead of logging an error, just log only a warning.
