When i am using CDN option then the CDN path <link rel="stylesheet" href="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/bootstrap-icons@1.11.3/font/bootstrap-icons.min.css"> is not including in source.
1. Enable module
2. Edit any menu item then choose icons and save
3. Refresh the page and check page source.
4. BS icon element is in source but icon is not displaying
Now add the CDN link in source manually, the icons will be display.
