Visible condition is not working for single checkbox

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

  • First create webform with below field
  1. In drupal 7 create webform with one checkbox field and textfield
  2. Add only one value for checkbox
  3. Also make the checkbox multiple
  4. Add condition like show the textfield once checkbox is checked
  • Migrate the above webform from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10
  • Condition is not working as expected

    Proposed resolution

    $depedent_extra['items'] adding extra array element which having key but value is empty
