Work with latest abraham/twitteroauth 7.0.0 release

I just checked my local and in my composer.lock file I do have 7.0.0 installed.

I did make a change recently that changes the signature around this, as it had broken due to the signature changing.

We definitely need to make the version a bit more specific to prevent this breaking again in future.

These seem like sensible changes. Personally I am not uploading media, but hopefully this works for you which is good enough for me.

Good to know how you change the api from 1 to 2 and back.
