Text change suggestion on shipping menu

Problem/Motivation

As a learner, I am confused how to set up a commerce shop with shipping.

Steps to reproduce

Go to /admin/commerce/config/shipping and look at the menu item descriptions. I would expect help on what types and methods are. Translators seem to be confused → , too, but that is a different issue that I’ll solve on https://localize.drupal.org/.

Proposed resolution

Improve the menu item descriptions - see attached patch. I made them longer to give more hints on what the menu item offers. Also, I added a full stop, as that is the standard on /admin/config.

Review and decide whether to commit.
