Missing the last answer of the H5P Quiz

Problem/Motivation

Possible the missing user data
Sometimes such a case occurs when the User data in the table does not arrive/or is not updated
h5p_content_user_data with Data field
{"progress":5,"answers":[{"answers":[2]},{"answers":[0]},{"answers":[3]},{"answers":[3]},{"answers":[1,2]},{"answers":[]}]}
The last answers are empty.
this relates to the last question in the Quiz.
Is it possible to comment on this somehow and has anyone encountered such a case?
