Multi Column Admin Form Display Layout

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to customise the admin form display so that a paragraph fields can be inline rather than each field being a block?

This is because small fields could easily fit on one row (screenshot attached), making it more usable and saving scroll space.

All solutions I've tried to find so far have dealt with the "manage display" rather than the "manage form display" area.
