Channels sorts and langcode

Problem/Motivation

Channel sorting criteria do not take channel language into account.
As a result, translated entities are sorted by the values of the base entity, not their own values.
For example, if you add a sort changed path, the contents will be sorted by the changed date of the original content. This condition leads to inconsistent results.
