On landing page, URL redirect are not listed in sidebar and there are some other issues too with redirect urls

Hi, @ kmani → 2.2.9 version 2.2.9 of Ez-content brings the latest version of the redirect module as a dependency which is "drupal/redirect": "^1.8". It seems like this dependency is locked inside your composer.lock file.
