UI browser_development: usability changes to text and messaging

The following items need to be update so that it makes it easier for the developer to understanding what is happening in the UI.

1. Change "compile" text to the word "save"
2. When item is saved refresh site view on the right to see updates.
3. Change "live view" text to the word "preview."
