Drupal - 9 - Block not injected when using LayoutBuilder

Problem/Motivation

Injected block not visible when body is placed using Layout Builder - Drupal 9.

The maintainer informs that The 1.1.1-beta 1 does not work with Drupal 9, but works with D10
(different array depth)

The patch below is for D9 users;
