Dropdown menu for Logged user in Slim region is not working

I am having trouble getting Logged user dropdowns menu in Slim region to work. When I click on "Dropdown" (either on the username or the dropdown arrow icon beside the username) it does not display the dropdown menu. Anyone have any ideas? I have been staring at it for an hour and can't seem to figure out what the problem is.
