Styles fieldset not created on 5.0.x branch

When performing an upgrade from ^2.0@beta to 5.0.x the field group group_style is not being created for the form display

Steps to reproduce

  • Start with a clean version of drupal
  • composer require 'drupal/bootstrap_paragraphs:^2.0@beta'
  • confirm that all paragraph types are created
  • Upgraded the module to this version
    composer require 'drupal/bootstrap_paragraphs:5.0.x-dev@dev'
  • run database update and confirm that margin and padding fields are added
  • Note that Margin, Padding, Background, Width should be within the field group group_style
