Incorrect link for 'Our terms' field in /user

Problem/Motivation

In the '/user' page there is a field 'Onze voorwaarden' ('Our terms'), this contains a link like '/nl/admin/config/gdpr/agreements/1/revisions/2/view', but obviously this doesn't work for normal users.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module, create a new (normal) account and navigate to '/user'

Proposed resolution

Make the link available for normal users also
