Remove deprecated functions from node.module

This looks good to me. We've removed all the deprecated functions in node.module and the deprecated constructor param in NodeRevisionDeleteForm, and the tests are all passing. Arguably this could be combined with 📌 Remove deprecated actions from node module Active but not sure it's worth the effort now that it's already split.
