I try to delete a vendor and get TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback

I have resolved the issue & added patch, please review.

I have tried, and i get no error messages so far, but it seems that the vendor and external cookie deletion does not work alltogether?! Menas -> nothing is deleted in the DB ... the vendor is removed in the ui, but the next reload brings it back ... For a single external cookie nothing happens ...

Can someone confirm my problem from #6?
