Reviewing the Drupal integrations modules for Livechat and find it rather confusing. Contacted Livechat support, they told med that the officially module was https://www.drupal.org/project/live_chat_for_drupal → - Only Drupal 8 and is without an maintainer and up for grab. They have no plans of updating it for 9, 10, 11.
