Picture 7.x-2.14 breaks CKEditor Picture plugin integration

Problem/Motivation

Upgrading from Picture 7.x-2.13 to Picture 7.x-2.14 and CKEditor 4.x no longer loads. Fails first with Uncaught Type error: cannot read propertes of undefined (reading editorCSS.

Ugrade from Picture 7.x-2.13 to Picture 7.x-2.14

Seems to be coming from #2508759: set default 'Image Size' (useful for responsive Picture settings) → - Any other suggestions than the MR guards?
