Feature request: Permission mode by bundle

Problem/Motivation

It would be great to be able to only implement Permission Mode for a subset of bundles.

Proposed resolution

A choice of either (1) excluding certain bundles from Permission Mode or (2) specifying which bundles will get Permission Mode.
