A content editor can upload documents to a media entity via the file paragraph type

Problem/Motivation

we currently have a file paragraph on Drutopia, which contains a file field. I am considering that this should be updated to be a media entity reference field that accepts "document" media entities. It does not look like there is parity between the file extensions in each though.

These are the extensions allowed in the Document media:
txt, rtf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, xls, xlsx, pdf, odf, odg, odp, ods, odt, fodt, fods, fodp, fodg, key, numbers, pages

And these are the extensions allowed on the file field:
txt, pdf, odt, doc, docx

Proposed resolution

We could contribute a more specific media type (or several) to Drutopia for this or maybe keep it the same and just update the file paragraph to contain a media entity reference.
