Allow range-based facets

The facets module allows facets to be configured as range sliders. A range slider facet accepts a query value like:

/search-view?f[0]=slider_facet_key:(min:<min-value>,max:<max-value>)

It would be great if this sort of facet was supported by search_api_decoupled. I tried configuring this type of facet for a search_api_decoupled endpoint source but it would not work.

Nevermind, this does seem to work, sort of. It's just not documented anywhere how to do it. I think I've figured out how to make it work.
