Remove tailwind service

Problem/Motivation

This is a follow up to 🌱 Refactor to use Breezy Utility for utility class management Fixed . The breezy_utility module supersedes the tailwind service, need to remove that.

Proposed resolution

All references to the tailwind service either need to be replaced or removed.

Instead, use \Drupal\breezy_utility\BreezyUtilityClassService. If there are methods missing from the BreezyUtilityClassService, add them in the breezy_utility issue queue.

Remaining tasks

grep -rl 'tailwind' reveals the only mention is in the README.md. I'd say this is now closed.
