Fix pipelines against Drupal 10.1 and 10.3

Currently our weekly multi-version pipeline is failing at several points:

  • PHPStan reports errors against Drupal 10.3.
  • Some PHPUnit tests fail against Drupal 10.3.
  • There is a fatal error preventing tests to run at all against Drupal 10.1 (because we accidentally switched to use EntityReferenceFieldCreationTrait, introduced only in 10.2).
