Problem/Motivation

At 📌 Cloud IAM / Keycloak openid connect integration Needs review a custom openid_connect ctools plugin was added, named keycloak, with original code from 2022, merged recently.
A subset of that addition is still useful, but the plugin is likely redundant.

Meanwhile, over ✨ Add a Keycloak client Fixed , upstream openid_connect module has added a similar change to its codebase on 2023, also as suggested by sanduhrs at #3262372-21: Cloud IAM / Keycloak openid connect integration → .

Proposed resolution

Let us remove the custom plugin an embrace the upstream one.

sso-drupal devwww site could be use for an extra test, but I do not see any special logic around the custom plugin.
If for some reason the custom want needs to be kept, it will need a rename to avoid the name clash.
