Drupal 10.2.4 PHP 8.1.27
Warning: Undefined array key 0 in Drupal\ip2country\Form\Ip2CountrySettingsForm->submitForm() (line 346 of modules/contrib/ip2country/src/Form/Ip2CountrySettingsForm.php).

Steps to reproduce

Install ip2country with composer,
activate Admin debug
save

Proposed resolution

Perhaps one of the depreciated functions in PHP 8?

What IP address are you using as your test IP address? I guess I never considered that someone might enter a test IP address that wasn't associated with any country, since the point of the admin debug settings is to test the operation of the module by spoofing a real IP or real country.
