Admin Users:

• Can switch between “Mini Cards” and “Wide Cards” layouts as needed.
• Have the ability to edit the content and layout of the cards.

General Users:

• Can view the cards with the title, text, and image.
• The layout seen by general users is determined by the admin’s settings.
