Configurable PAD ID prefix

Problem/Motivation

It would be nice to have pad ID prefix configurable so that "integrated" pads would be parted from the rest of the pads. Or at least that would be an option.

Remaining tasks

- add that config option on a settings form

- add adjustments to the client
