Not working in exposed block if contextual filter

Problem/Motivation

When I have a view with a contextual filter (path: category/%), and the exposed filter is in a separated block, the module is not working. It show's all the terms.
When the exposed filter is inside the view, or i set the view path to "category/1", the exposed filter works good.

Steps to reproduce

1. Views page path: "category/%"
2. Create contextual filter for category terms
3. Create exposed filter for author terms (Show only used items: True, Filter items based on...: True)
4. Exposed form in block: Yes
