default_value of roles cannot be a bool

Problem/Motivation

If the isn't any roles set the default_value of the roles form checkbox is set to be FALSE but the form API don't allow bool on this option

Steps to reproduce

Just enable the module, go to the configuration page and check the log for PHP errors

Proposed resolution

Replace the FALSE for an empty array
