Noindex tag for sitemap.xml

Google Search Console reported that page indexing is excluded for https://epicure.club/sitemap.xml
Please see attached image.

The sitemap.xml file is not included in our robots.txt file.
We cannot find an index / noindex option in the module settings. Where can we change from noindex to index?
