Recommend core help topics on the project page

Problem/Motivation

Help topics has been merged into the core help module and is considered stable as of 10.2.x. I think it would be good if the project page mentioned this, especially for users who are still migrating from 7.x to 10.x. Opening this after a slack discussion where someone asked about the 10.x readiness of advanced_help.
