Move to gitlab

Seems tests are fine with the set of deps it installs. Anyhow this still would be nice. All green now.

I disabled eslint because the number of changes are large and javascript is not my forte. I think we could open an issue to re-enable and fix once this is merged.

I reenabled eslint and allowed it fail - provides a nice todo list for someone :)

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
