I want a drupal.org development site to help data migration to SSO system

Help with drupal.org data migration to a SSO system.
Name hint: either my user name or usermigration.

It would be great to have access to a D7 site for testing the data migration path to a SSO system.

It would also be great to get access to one existing one that is also currently used for that at https://heddn-drupal.dev.devdrupal.org
