Undefined key "name" after clearing caches

Problem/Motivation

Following warning is displayed after clearing the caches: Warning: Undefined array key "name" in Drupal\Core\Asset\JsCollectionOptimizerLazy->optimizeGroup() (line 170 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Asset/JsCollectionOptimizerLazy.php).

Steps to reproduce

Install SIDR module and configure, clear caches and refresh page.

Proposed resolution

In the sidr.libraries.yml file, specify the key/value "name: MIT" under the "license" key of the sidr library.
