Hide the granularity form element for umbrella scopes

Problem/Motivation

For umbrella scopes, the Parent, Permission and Role form elements are correctly hidden via #states. The granularity, however, is not, even though it has no effect in that case.

Proposed resolution

Hide the Granularity form element if the Umbrella checkbox is checked.
