Feeds Entity: WSOD?

I really want to see the Feeds module stay alive so here is an issue:

Mappings seem stable but the Feed Entity itself throws errors:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    At what url are you? Has an import been started?

    Some subpages of the feed entity are inaccessible depending on if an import is running or not:

    • /feed/x/import and /feed/x/schedule-import are only accessible when an import has not been started. (Technically: when the feed is not locked.)
    • /feed/x/unlock is only accessible when an import is active. (Technically: when the feed is locked.)
