Queue operation timestamps in log output are broken

Problem/Motivation

A recent version update (1.6.0) broke timestamps in the log output.

We are seeing lines like this:

 	orange_dam.queue 	03/04/2024 - 13:40 	Requesting Orange DAM content updated since 00. 	Anonymous (not verified) 	
	orange_dam.queue 	03/04/2024 - 13:40 	Requesting Orange DAM keywords updated since 00. 	Anonymous (not verified) 	
	orange_dam.queue 	03/04/2024 - 13:40 	Requesting Orange DAM content deleted since 00. 	Anonymous (not verified) 	
	orange_dam.queue 	03/04/2024 - 13:40 	Requesting Orange DAM keywords deleted since 00. 	Anonymous (not verified)

Steps to reproduce

Run cron with orange_dam enabled.

Proposed resolution

Patch to fix the handling of timestamps at the logger statements.
