Yes, this is also the purpose of WissKI - go for it! :)
Just be sure to do the modelling correctly according to your data :)

Great! But how to make it? What's the step by step operations?

@Knurg I'm still not able to synchronize individuals from triple store into Drupal. I tried as below:
- Set up the example docker installation as the official doc;
- export the data.nq file from the container:
https://wiss-ki.eu/documentation/installation/docker/wisski-example
, open the file, check it does exist lots of individuals; - upload it into the my own Blazegraph of the same version as the docker, and execute a SPARQL query, all the individuals exist in Blazegraph;
- export the pathbuilder from the container via Drupal UI /admin/config/wisski/pathbuilder/example_pathbuilder/edit
- In my own WissKI instance, set up the same adapter to my own Blazegraph, and import the pathbuilder without errors;
However, there is no correspondent WissKI entities automatically created in my own instance on the path /wisski/navigate or /wisski_views/******

Did you save in the pathbuilder? You should get menus in /wisski/navigate according to the main groups of your pathbuilder. Do you see these? And you simply end up having 0 instances? Did you clear the cache? :) Is there anything in the logfile? Did you import your triples into a graph? I am unsure if it will work with the default graph of blazegraph :)
Cheers!
