Set field as required based on workflow state

Problem/Motivation

This is, of course, the whole point of the module. Now that we've got our configuration form in place, and we can persist it within the field's config as third-party settings, we're ready to implement the actual form behaviour we need.

Through some kind of form_alter hook, we should be able to check fields' settings and set then to required when they're configured to do so.
