[Plan] Stable 8.x-2.0 release

Updated the description, categorizing the open 8.x-2.x bugs and tasks.

Filed some more issues and then added them to this plan.

Filed an issue to update the project page, and added it as a blocker.

Reordered blockers; removed duplicate issue

Typo in the issue summary

Removed some issues that are "Postponed (maintainer needs more info)"; added some newer issues

Going to move this to Needs Review (i.e.: by the community) in preparation for a release candidate tomorrow.

If you can think of a reason why this module should not have a stable release, please let us know in the next 2 weeks.
