Provide language of the indexed entity when url is generated

Problem/Motivation

When indexing a node from a multilingual site with language per domain, with drush/cli, the language/domain of the indexed entity does not get passed.

Steps to reproduce

Create a setup with multiple languages and domains, with language per domain. Create a node for a non-default domain language, generate an url with drush - without the language parameter, default language or domain results.

Proposed resolution

Pass the language parameter of the node explicitly as an url parameter.
