UPS Shipping quotes switching to OAuth 2.0

I started working on this.

The patch uses the "Steppingstone Model Endpoints" for now.
https://developer.ups.com/api/reference/steppingstone/endpoints?loc=en_US

The UPS app Callback URL needs to point to your "$base_url/uc_ups/token_request"

I think the app needs at least these "products": Rating, Tracking, Authorization ( OAuth), Shipping.

Can someone confirm whether UPS OAuth was successfully integrated using the patch?

I applied the patch, but the 'Client Secret field is required' message still appears even when authentication is entered. The patched file for Ubercart > Shipping > UC UPS is attached if anyone wants to review it.

I managed to integrate with UPS OAuth. Here it is for anyone still with Ubercart.
