When installed cannot download any of the site private files. Because the hook_file_download returns -1 when files are not in the configured wiki directory. It must return null as said in https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core%21lib%21Drupal%21Core%21File%21fi...

- Install in a drupal with private files.
- Try to access any of the other private files.
Access denied is given
