Tested using themes: Gin, Claro. Drupal 10.2.3, (standard image widget, or file_resup module https://www.drupal.org/project/file_resup → ).
1/ There is no notification on success screenshot upload and assignment to the filed. User knows that screenshot is already taken and assigned to the field only on 'save' action.
2/ It doesn't work properly when you adding media from the field by using popup form in reason of z-index is too low and markerjs is below the jquery-ui popup.
3/ The widget 'screenshot' is not called rendering the popup form if you want to add new media image(for edit works well).
1/ Try to attach screenshoot - see no message
2/ Try to edit any media from entity/node and push screenshot on the popup (screenshot 2, 3)
3/ Try to add media image using popup form (screenshot 4,5)
For issues 1, 2 - will propose solution soon with some generic styling and js additions
3/ Find solution for the add action
