That error message means the file does not exist at the path you've provided. You need to have "private://" in front of the file name, probably.
Note that you may also need to allow attachments from the private file system in the Easy Email settings. That's not allowed by default. (though your error message indicates this isn't your current problem) Ideally, you wouldn't allow the entire private file system, though you can. It would be better if the files for attaching were in a subdirectory and you allowed that subdirectory.

Correct, this is what I'm planning to do.
But problem is that I cant get the Attachment on the mail, and already tried with all the possible paths, relative absolute etc.
