How to prevent spam votings?

Problem/Motivation

I am using fivestar with Drupal 9 and have a lot of spam votes from anonymous bots. Is it posiible to filter it?

I found, that spam posters are very fast - delay between page load and rating post is no more than 4s, usually less.
It may be possible to include timestamp during the form creation and check it on form submit.
