Incorrect date format for multi-day events

Problem/Motivation

This date format is incorrect according to our language (serbian) conventions.
There shouldn't be a period (dot) after the first date (day) 15, especially for multi-day events occurring at the beginning of a month.
This is incorrect: 15. - 17. feb. 2024.
It should be: 15 - 17. feb. 2024.
This issue typically arises only with multi-day events starting at the beginning of a month.
