Seasons formatter: remove ExceptionHeader item

Problem/Motivation

Now that we have ✨ Season Formatter: Each season week as individual table Needs review , ther eis no need for an additional ExceptionHeader item in the formatter.
(Still needed for the new empty exception in the widget)

Remove the addition of the ExceptionHeader item.
